Sr. DevOps Engineer
S3S Technologies seeks a Sr. DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
The DevOps Engineer will have a demonstrable successful track record in: Writing and deploying automation to maintain our deployments across multiple environments. Linux administration (RHEL variants preferred) Providing assistance to DEV and QA groups to include: participating in meetings, building out environments, troubleshooting deployment/configuration related problems Ongoing maintenance of monitoring platforms Creating and maintaining modules for a Config Management platform across multiple environments Scripting ability (BASH, python, PHP) Qualifications Software as code mindset Understanding of virtualization concepts; Vagrant experience a plus Strong Linux administration experience Experience with ticket tracking platforms such as Jira Ability to work remotely from own initiative High level of attention to detail Some flexibility to travel is required Prior start-up experience Desired Technologies Linux (RedHat, Centos preferred) Jira Jenkins Git MySQL Apache Vagrant/OpenStack/AWS Python/PHP/BASH Chef/Puppet/Ansible Nagios/Zabbix/etc Docker experience a plus.
