Informatica ETL Admin
Location : CA, TX, NJ, VA
Duration : 12+ months
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Qualifications: Bachelors degree + 7+ years of IT experience along with 4 yrs of Informatica administration experience.
Candidates must be strong on UNIX/Linux platform
Preferred experience with Informatica Data Quality and Analyst tool
Shell scripting knowledge
Responsibilities:
Working with systems engineering, database engineering, development and information security team to design and implement an effective operating environment to support the growing data integration and business intelligence needs of the organization. Introduce best of breed solutions and technologies to ensure performance, capacity management, scalability, security and high availability implement security controls and single sign on solutions Day to day responsibilities will include environment maintenance, code versioning, code deployment/migration, writing housekeeping scripts, automation of routine tasks. Install and configure new products and components, stand up new environments. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment diagrams and check-lists Excellent problem solving skills Knowledge of systems, application architecture, data warehouse architecture.
